The Varier Pendulum is the brother of the Actulum. All of the same great features coupled with a thin back and no arms. Without arms, the elbows are place behind the torso on the frame of the chair. This position, along with a thin back, allows the chest an upper body to open. Deep, full breathing is promoted which leads to improved concentration and productivity. The body is rejuvenated creating an overall sense of well-being.
