The Salli Swing Saddle Stool

Some popular black vinyl and leather configurations ship in 1 -2 business days. Due to high demand, others ship in 4 - 6 weeks. Please call us for more information.

The Salli Swing saddle stool features the original Salli twin saddle chair design, but with the added flexibility and support of a spring mechanism. Salli Swing and Swing Fit encourage movement as you sit and move with you as you use your workspace.

Salli Swing vs. Salli Swing Fit

Salli Swing has the standard twin divided seat, where the Salli Swing Fit has the multi-adjuster seat. The multi-adjuster allows you to control the amount of space between the twin seats and the angle of the seat. This is option is generally preferred by men.

Why Salli?

Like all saddle chairs, the Salli encourages a more open angle of sitting which prevents the posterior "roll" of the hips created in more traditional seating styles. This forward press of the hips allows the spine to fall in a more natural "S" position. With the spine, hips, and legs, in an anatomically correct posture, the body is allowed to move freely with reduced strain on the muscles of the back, neck, shoulders, and arms. Increased circulation and decreased fatigue can lead to improved awareness and higher productivity.

The Salli Saddle stool is available in a black aluminum base or a chrome aluminum base.

Salli Saddle stools use a pneumatic seat height adjustment to accommodate users and work stations of varying heights.

The low lift is ideal for users approximately 4' - 5'2".
The standard height lift is ideal for users approximately 5'1" - 6'1".
Tall cylinders are ideal for users over 6' tall.

The optional foot ring gives users an additional position for foot placement and will allow the pelvis and spine to remain in an upright and neutral position while working at higher tables or adjustable desks.

A paddle height adjustment is standard on Bambach Saddle Seats.  This is the traditional lever found on most chairs and is located just under the seat pan.  A surgeon's foot control is also available to control the seat height.  This is ideal for use in sterile environments and clinics.

Carpet casters are hard plastic and designed for use on any carpeted surface.

Hard surface casters are designed for use on wood or tile floors but will also function on carpeted surfaces.

Unoccupied braking casters resist rolling when there is no weight in the chair.

Locking casters are used to prevent a chair from rolling.

Swing piece makes a difference February 28, 2013
Reviewer: Kris from Austin
I tried a similar chair to this, the Twin Version, about a year ago when I was looking for an ergonomic stool to help with a lumbar thing.  It made my back feel pretty good but my legs not so much.  I'm glad I didn't settle on it, because the Swing Version made a huge difference for me.  Having a lot more give from side to side made it easier to stay comfortable for a few hours at a time or more.  It's definitely not cheap but at least for me, I was already prepared to spend almost this much for the Twin, so getting something that fit perfectly was worth it.
