"No Hassle" Return Policy

We will be happy to accept your seating return within 30 days of original receipt**.  The only charges incurred will be the outbound and return shipping charges.  All returns must be approved by Ergo Depot and a return authorization number must be issued prior to return shipment.  Returns must be received in "like new" condition and in all original factory packaging.  Please do not discard any of the original packaging materials.  Refund will be issued, less shipping fees, upon inspection and approval of all items by our staff.  Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.  Please direct all return-related questions to sales@ergodepot.com.  Sorry, but we do not accept returns on Open-Box Specials/Demo chairs, parts, or any Ergo Tools (foot rests, monitor arms, keyboard systems, computer peripherals, etc).

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement on ErgoDepot.com.  After this 24 hour period, a cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds.

** This policy only applies to single-chair HAG, Humanscale, and VIA seating orders, upholstered in any fabric except leather, delivered within the United States.  Special order chairs upholstered in leather, as well as seating products from Interstuhl, Varier, and Neutral Posture, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All returns from Canada will also incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
