"No Hassle" Return Policy
Ergo Depot offers the most reasonable and client-friendly return policy in the market. Below we have included the return policies for each of our manufacturers. We will accept seating returns within 30 days of original receipt**. All returns must be approved by Ergo Depot and a return authorization number must be issued prior to return shipment. Returns must be received in "like-new" condition and in the original factory packaging. Additional charges will apply if an item is received that is not in "like-new" condition or that is not in original factory packaging. After a return has been fully inspected by our staff, refunds will issued less shipping charges and any other possible damage fees. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund. Please direct all return-related questions to sales@ergodepot.com.

**Sorry, but we do not accept returns on Open-Box Specials/Demo chairs, parts, or any Ergo Tools (foot rests, monitor arms, lighting, keyboard systems, computer peripherals, etc).
**These terms only apply to single-chair orders that are shipped within the United States. Special order chairs, leather chairs, and orders with more than one chair, will carry a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges and possible damage fees. All returns from Canada will carry a 20% restocking fee in addition to all other fees.
HAG and Izzy Seating
HAG and Izzy seating can be returned within 30 days of original receipt. The only charges incurred will be outbound and return shipping. A normal flat rate of $40 each way will be applied to returns ($80 total). The items must be returned in the original factory packaging and in "like-new" condition. Additional charges will be deducted from a refund if a return is not in "like-new" condition or if the item is not returned in factory packaging. Humanscale seating can be returned within 30 days of original receipt.
The only charges incurred will be outbound and return shipping. The
items must be returned in the original factory packaging and in
"like-new" condition. Please note that Humanscale seating ships nearly assembled in in very large boxes and many carriers will charge a "over-sized fee" for shipping. Additional charges will be deducted from a refund
if a return is not in "like-new" condition or if the item is not
returned in factory packaging. Once the return has been fully inspected
by our staff a refund will be issued less shipping charges and any
other additional fees.
Humanscale ergonomic tools cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to keyboard trays, lighting, foot rests, monitor arms, CPU holders, mice, etc. Ergo Depot does not accept returns on any ergonomic tools or accessories.Varier Seating
Varier seating can be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Due to the unique construction and design of Varier chairs all returns for Varier seating will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to outbound and return shipping charges. The
items must be returned in the original factory packaging and in
"like-new" condition. Additional charges will be deducted from a refund
if a return is not in "like-new" condition or if the item is not
returned in factory packaging. Once the return has been fully inspected
by our staff a refund will be issued less shipping charges and any
other additional fees.VIA Seating
VIA seating can be returned within 30 days of original receipt.
The only charges incurred will be outbound and return shipping. The
items must be returned in the original factory packaging and in
"like-new" condition. Additional charges will be deducted from a refund

Neutral Posture Seating
Neutral Posture chairs can be returned within 30 days of original receipt. All Neutral Posture returns will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to outbound and return shipping amounts. The
items must be returned in the original factory packaging and in
"like-new" condition. Additional charges will be deducted from a refund
if a return is not in "like-new" condition or if the item is not
returned in factory packaging. Once the return has been fully inspected
by our staff a refund will be issued less shipping charges and any
other additional fees.Interstuhl Seating
Interstuhl chairs can be returned within 30 days of original receipt. All Interstuhl returns will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to
outbound and return shipping amounts. The
items must be returned in the original factory packaging and in
"like-new" condition. Additional charges will be deducted from a refund
if a return is not in "like-new" condition or if the item is not
returned in factory packaging. Once the return has been fully inspected
by our staff a refund will be issued less shipping charges and any
other additional fees.
Adjustable height work surface returns
Due to the
unique shipping requirements of adjustable height work surfaces, each
return request will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will accept
work surface returns within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fees.
Outbound and return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
All returns must be received in "like-new" condition and in the
original packaging. We ask that you please do not throw away any
packing materials associated with the shipment. Because
of the size and weight of these items they are shipped via freight
carrier and on pallets so delivery and pick up must be carefully
coordinated. Any special delivery fees associated with a return will also be deducted from refund amounts.
Please
inspect all items for damage before the carrier departs your location.
Freight damage claims must be filed with the carrier within 24 hours of
receipt. Ergo Depot will work with our clients as much as possible to
facilitate any damage claims with the freight provider.
Changes or cancellationsOnce an order is
placed on our website we will do our best to accommodate changes within
24 hours. This includes address changes and specification changes.
Because we strive to get items to our clients as quick as possible the
window for altering an order is very small. If an order has been placed
at ErgoDepot.com it is immediately eligible for cancellation fees or
change fees depending on how far along the item is in the order entry
process. Our cancellation fees or change fees will never be more than
the amount billed by the product manufacturer. Please make sure all
specification information and address information is correct before you
place your order and do not hesitate to contact Ergo Depot with any
questions.
