"No Hassle" Return Policy
We will be happy to accept your seating return within 30 days of original receipt. The only charge incurred will be the outbound and return shipping amounts. Unlike most online retailers, we do not charge a "restocking fee"**. All returns must be approved by Ergo Depot and a return authorization number must be issued prior to return shipment. Returns must be received in "like new" condition and in all original factory packaging. Please do not discard any of the original packaging materials. Refund will be issued, less shipping fees, upon inspection and approval by our staff of all items. Please allow up to 7 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund. Please direct all return-related questions to sales@ergodepot.com. Sorry, but we do not accept returns for any Ergo Tools (foot rests, monitor arms, keyboard systems, computer peripherals).
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement on ErgoDepot.com. After this 24 hour period, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds.
**-This policy only applies to HAG, Humanscale and Ergo Depot brand seating. There is a 20% restocking fee for Interstuhl products.
